Acqua Pazza is a low alcohol drink traditionally made by farmers in Tuscany from second press grape skins. Something light and refreshing to wash down lunch and get back to work, it translates roughly to crazy water.

Rehydrated gently pressed skins from Ursa Major’s 2019 Syrah, with a small percentage of Cab Franc.

Sustainably farmed (minimal/no sprays) - Vineyards in transition to organic.

Natural fermentation, bottled while finishing fermentation for a nice frizzante. 

No Added Sulphur.

Some bottles may require disgorging.
